The function of strapping band is to fix and fasten tightly the objects, without loosing and scattering, in order to align orderly, easily transport and store. The strapping bands can be classified by producing material into paper strapping band, PET strapping band, PP strapping band, and steal strapping band. Where PP strapping band can be classified into PP Auto Band, PP Pearl Band, PP Anti-static Band, and PP Conductive Band.

Paper Strapping band

Paper strapping bands are generally used to strap a stack of banknotes.

PET Strapping Band

There are many products are made of polyester, such as beverage bottle, mineral water bottle, and pure water bottle. PET strapping band is made of (generally recycled) polyester (PET) material. That is, these recycled polyester material is come from the broken pieces of polyester bottles. The polyester materials Tridentpak used come from Taiwan company that provide high quality polyester materials. This can assure the PET strapping band has high quality with high tensile strength and elongation. Therefor, the PET strapping band can replace the steal strapping band. PET strapping band is suitable for packaging of heavy objects, such as clay, woods, etc. Generally, PET strapping band should be used by specific PET strapping tools.

PP Strapping Band

PP strapping band is made of Polypropylene material. The tensile strength and elongation of PP strapping band is lower than PET strapping band. Therefore, PP strapping band is suitable for packaging middle an small objects. The PP strapping bands can be classified into PP Auto Band, PP Pearl Band, PP Weaving Band, PP Anti-static Band, and PP Conductive Band.

The width and length size order in ascending for PP strapping bands are PP Pearl Strapping Band, PP Weaving Strapping Band, and PP Auto Strapping Band.

  • PP Weaving strapping band: width: 6mm or 9mm, length: 1,000M ~ 1,300M, color embossed texture
  • PP auto strapping band: width: 8.5mm ~ 15.5mm, length: 2,000M ~ 4,000M, standard PP material

PP Auto Strapping Band

PP Auto Strapping Band is made of Polypropylene material. The tensile strength and elongation of PP strapping band is lower than PET strapping band. Therefore, PP strapping band is suitable for packaging middle an small objects.

 

PP Weaving Strapping Band

PP Weaving Strapping Band has middle width and length between PP Pearl Strapping Band and PP Auto Strapping Band. It is suitable for packaging middle size objects and gift-like objects.

PP Anti-static Strapping Band

 

PP Anti-static Strapping Band has the features of anti-static. PP Anti-static Strapping Band is suitable for any anti-static required product packaging, such as electronic and electric products.

PP Conductive Strapping Band

PP Conductive Strapping Band is the advanced version of PP Anti-static Strapping Band. It is not only anti-static but also is conductive.
